You can enjoy authentic Hakata cuisine in Koenji at our restaurant. Our recommendation is our proud motsunabe (Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) made with dashi stock from Hokkaido kelp! The light soy sauce-based soup has a deep flavor that will have you drinking it all up. We also offer "mentaiko Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)" topped with mentaiko, so please choose whichever you like◎As orders can be placed for one person, it is recommended not only for those drinking alone, but also when you want to eat a variety of dishes! For the final dish, you can choose between rice porridge or Ramen ♪

Another dish you should definitely try is Local Cuisine "sesame mackerel." The mackerel seasoned with a special sesame sauce brings out the sweetness of Kyushu soy sauce and goes great with alcohol. We also recommend Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), a selection of Fukuoka's classic skewers. The menu includes "yotsumi" made with the local brand chicken "Hakata Jidori," "gurukawa" that has been painstakingly and time-consumingly drained of fat, and pork belly, all of which are unique to Fukuoka. Feel free to order just the single skewer!

Hakata Standard is a deep Hakata bar located in a back alley in Koenji. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere with wood grain as the basic tone, and you can spend your time calmly. 16 seats at the counter and tables are available on the two-story floor, and reserved is also available! We have a full selection of shochu, mainly made from Kagoshima potatoes, that goes well with the food. We have a variety of flavors, including "Daiyame," which has a fruity aroma and is popular among women.◎ The sake we source from various regions changes with the seasons, so you'll never get bored of it. On nights when you want to drink a lot, we recommend the "Donyasu" system, which offers more value the more you drink! Highballs, sours, and other eligible drinks start at 550 yen for the first glass, and from the fourth glass onwards, you can order just 110 yen♪
