仕事の打ち合わせで、14時頃にどこでランチ食べようかと商店街を歩いていて見つけたミート屋。
物は試しと入ってみた。
入口で食券を買う。
選択肢は、
量、トッピングのみ。
カウンター8席程だか、この時間でも半分以上埋まっている。
ミートソースのスパゲッティ一品のお店。
始めにサラダが来て、待つこと8分ほど。
釜茹でした熱々のミートスパゲッティが運ばれてきた。
テーブルには、タバスコが普通-激辛まで4種類。
粉チーズもあり、注意書きには、かけ過ぎ注意とある。
既に粉チーズが入っており、よく混ぜて食べるように勧められる。
とは言え好みがあるので粉チーズと激辛タバスコを数振りして食べる。
パスタは、濃厚なミートソース。
子供が好きなケチャップソースではなく、デミグラスソースに近い濃厚で風味があり、ほんの少しリッチな気持ちにしてくれる。
一口二口と気づくと食べ終わっていて美味しい。
また来たいと思わせるプロの味でした。
