阿佐ヶ谷にて日曜日に空いているお店を探してウロウロ。
美味しそうな肉料理の看板が目につき、２名で入ってみる事に。
オシャレな清潔感のある内装に入ると、かわいらしい店員さんが奥の席に案内してくれます。
下記を注文してみます。

まずは野菜のサラダ。
新鮮なお野菜にかけるのは、玉ねぎ風味の自家製ドレッシング。
このドレッシング、爽やかな酸味でつんと来る感じがないとってもまろやかで美味しいドレッシングです～～
結構ボリュームのあるサラダでお得感もあります。
そしてメインのお肉！！！
秘伝のたれ漬けハラミ、ＢＢＱスペアリブ、知覧どりたたき炙り焼きの３種類が乗っています。
たれ漬けハラミは、柔らかいハラミ肉に程よい醤油だれが絡んだ一品で、とっても美味しいです。
スペアリブは、大き目の骨付き豚肉が４本も乗っておりボリューミー。
けちゃっぷ味がビールに合います。
知覧どりのたたきは、甘口醤油とぽん酢につけて頂きます。
個人的な好みはポン酢ですね～
お肉は地鶏のプリプリした肉の歯ごたえが素晴らしく、これ一番好きでした。
美味しく頂きました。
