阿佐ヶ谷駅目の前、中央線特有の長い商店街界隈。うかがうと、いきなり懐かしくあったかく思える空間。オープンキッチンは、シェフの腕さばきを眺めながら、食事を楽しむ事が出来ます。大きな窓から注がれる明るい光が店内に程よい雰囲気を与えていました。
お昼のメニューは２種。
オードブルとメイン（３種から１品選択）基礎コースにしました。
この上のコースには、これにスープとデセール付、になります。
【アントレ】
『パテ・ド・カンパーニュ サラダ添え』
お皿にはおいしいピクルス、美味しいサラダを添えられた、豚肉のテリーヌパテ。スパイシーで独特のしっとり、まったりした舌触りが、絶妙まろやか。かなり分厚くカットされて大きいので贅沢な気分でした。
【パン】
「バゲット」
メインが来る前にモリモリと。驚くほどおいしい。伺うと“草の花”のパン、とのこと。阿佐ヶ谷の人気店。ほんわりと温められて、のサーブ。皮はやわらかめ、みっちり詰まっているミ。止まらない。
【メイン】
「チキンもも肉のソテーオニオンソース」
からりと香ばしく、噛むほどに鶏のジュ旨みがあふれ出す。肉質も非常に柔らかで繊細です。そのよさを最大限生かすような火入れ。シェフの腕の見せ所で、仕事の丁寧さが光ります。
ソースは、濃ゆいオニオン、ほんのり甘めソースは何とも言えないぐらい相性抜群。
付け合せ・グラタン・ドフィノワーズに歓喜。フランス東部ドフィネ地方の郷土料理。際立つうまさ、クリーミーでほくほくなポテトもロースト加減良好、鶏肉と同様にジャストなものでした。ほかのお野菜たちも、素材の味がしっかり味わえちょうど良い火の通り加減。
母の【メイン】
「タラのポアレ ブールノアゼット」
お皿の上で立ち上がったタラには、麗しい“イルミネーション”のようにデクパージュされ、供されました。鮮やかな赤や緑、黄色が、食欲をそそります。ラビゴットソースのような華やかさ。タラは柔らかで繊細、それでいて脂ののった身質。

【ドリンク】
「コーヒー」
とってもおしゃれなデザインのカップ。香り良くバランスの取れたマイルドなコーヒー。
シェフの技の良いこと、仕上がりに見られた素材使いは素晴らしかったし、キュートな笑顔のマダムの人柄は細やかで、ソフトなおもてなし、しっかりシェフとお店を支えていらっしゃいます。（雨の中迎えにきてくださったのです！感謝）
ご夫婦の優しさと真面目で一生懸命さがお店に満ち満ち、あふれておりました。ほっこりしたおうちリビングな店内、まるでイルドフランス・オーベルジュにいるような気分で、のんびりと過ごさせていただきました。
