In the spring we have mackerel and red sea bream, in the summer we have horse mackerel, in the fall we have bonito, and in the winter we have fatty cold yellowtail yellowtail shabu.Also, our restaurant's specialty is ``Ikamenchi'', which is squid and vegetables battered and fried.
