Our restaurant offers Creative Cuisine which is a fusion of Korean and Japanese food culture. The owner chef, who is in charge of the kitchen, is a talented chef who trained in Korea for three years. He has honed his skills in cooking and sake at a famous restaurant in Seoul, and supervised and cooked the menu at the special exhibition "Korea-Japan Food Expo" held at the National Museum of Ethnology in 2015 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between Japan and Korea, and was the runner-up in the Japan preliminary round of Korean Cuisine contest in 2016. We hope you will enjoy our dishes that showcase the best of both Japan and Korea.

Delicious food goes hand in hand with delicious alcohol. The popular ``Boksun Doga Songmakgeolli'' is made using rice from Ulsan, South Korea, using a method called Hanari. The expiration date is only 20 days! Because it is a raw sake that does not stop fermenting, it gradually becomes sour, but this results in a high-quality richness and a better taste. There are only a limited number of places in Japan where you can drink this sake, so when you come to our store, be sure to get intoxicated while enjoying the taste of this delicious sake!
Food Recommended "Assorted Soy Sauce Pickles" that brings out the deliciousness of the ingredients
We use large shrimp with heads that are nearly 20cm long, and scallops and whelks from Hokkaido that are thick and have a diameter of almost 5cm. ``Assorted Soy Sauce Pickles'' is a special dish that is marinated in homemade soy sauce based on Ganjang Gejang sauce. The carefully prepared ingredients are marinated raw, and the soy sauce brings out the deliciousness of the ingredients, which is irresistible! It has a spicy flavor that goes well with alcohol, so please enjoy it with alcohol.
