お好み焼きとフグという組み合わせは、関西の方のお店に違いない！と思いながら、阿佐ヶ谷駅から徒歩2,3分、こちらがあります。
店内はとてもきれく新しいお店なのかな？
メニューは、お好み焼きだけでなく一品メニューも多数。
また、お酒はお茶ハイの種類だけでかなりあり、他に季節のサワーと日本酒があるのが特徴。
頼んだメニューは、
・ポン酢やっこ
・茄子の揚げ出し
・だし巻き玉子
・きゅうりとちくわの和え物
・フグカラ
・ポークステーキ
・ネギ豚のお好み焼き
どれも出汁が効いた優しい味付けです。
きゅうりとちくわの和え物はすごくシンプルな見た目だけど、味も食感も良い！こちらは定番ではなく季節メニューです。
フグカラは、フワッとした身。
ポークステーキは家庭で食べているかんじでなにげない美味しさです。
ネギ豚のお好み焼きは、ふわっふわ。角切りのキャベツがたっぷり入った野菜たっぷりのお好み焼き。ネギ自体もすごく美味しいし、出汁も効いて、小麦粉の重さがないので余裕で食べられます。
久しぶりにめっちゃ美味しいお好み焼き食べました！
お茶ハイは３種類ほど飲めました。全種類制覇したい気持ちになります。そしてお酒の値段がめっちゃ安いです。
日常使いしたくなるお店、ここに来る人はあまり教えたくないだろうなーと思うような素敵なお店でした。
