新宿三丁目の『麺や 百日紅』の姉妹店を初訪問です。東京メトロ丸の内線南阿佐ヶ谷駅から徒歩3分くらいです。
『麺や 百日紅』と比較するためにガーリック塩つけ麺を食べたかったのですが売り切れだったため、
特製魚介つけ麺（並）（1,250円）をいただきました。
【麺】
中太ストレート麺です。麺量もしっかりあります。
【スープ】
魚介つけ麺は節が前面に出ておいしいです。甘さも控えめで和風テイスト全開です。
【具】
具だくさんで満足感も高いです。
チャーシューは煮豚、豚低温調理、鶏低温調理の三種類でどれもおいしいです。
岩海苔、茹でキャベツ、三つ葉、のり、刻み紫玉ねぎが麺の丼に乗っていて、刻み玉ねぎ、メンマ、刻みねぎはつけ汁の中に入っています。
味玉もしっかり味が付いて粘度も高くおいしいです。
パイウォーター、マキシマムこいたまご、生醤油など食材だけでなく水や調味料にもこだわっています。ごちそうさまでした。
