Food Special soup with deep richness and flavor made with carefully selected ingredients
The essential ingredient of the soup, dried sardines, is a blend of four types carefully selected from all over Japan. Kaeshi is made with several types of soy sauce and shellfish and geso, giving it a deep richness and flavor. The noodles are specially made by Mikawaya Seimen. The fragrant, thick noodles made with whole grain flour go perfectly with the soup. We only offer homemade toppings made with carefully selected ingredients, such as low-temperature-cooked rare char siu and menma tips. Be sure to check out our limited menu that changes seasonally!

3 minutes walk from Minamiasagaya Station! We have taken thorough measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, including regular ventilation and disinfection. The interior of the store is clean and has a Japanese feel, so even female customers can feel free to visit alone. We have spacious counter seats where you can relax and enjoy your meal, and table seats that can accommodate up to 4 people. We are ensuring appropriate spacing between seats and have installed partitions.

"Tsukesoba" is an original soup made from a blend of rich clam stock and carefully selected soy sauce, combined with thin noodles specially made by Mikawaya Seimen. This is an original menu exclusively available at Sennichi Kure, served with plump chicken char siu and menma tips. In addition, `` Mazesoba (Soupless noodles)'', in which freshly boiled noodles are mixed with a special sauce made from boiled dried sardines, homemade dried sardines oil, and egg yolk, is also available only at our store.
