It's been a while since I last visited. Since it was a special occasion, I decided to go for a course with slightly better meat. I was very satisfied with the meat, which had beautiful marbling. It's hard to prepare meat of this quality at home, so I'm very happy. It melts in your mouth. But the vegetables...vegetables are very expensive at the moment so it may be a desperate measure, but there were too many bean sprouts. It cooks quickly, so I just munched on the bean sprouts at the beginning haha I would like to see a little more Chinese cabbage provided once vegetable prices stabilize.
