Red vinegar sushi is made using Edomae techniques and can be enjoyed not only by modern Japanese people but also by foreigners. Enjoy the ` selection course,'' which includes seasonal ingredients such as sea bream, sole, and mackerel, as well as luxurious toppings and unusual items such as abalone, eel, and sea urchin. Keeping in mind the season, the menu changes every three months. [Ogikubo Amanuma Ochiai] is run by a chef who has been working at the world famous Restaurants ``NOBUTOKYO'' for 11 and a half years. Since I have experience overseas, I can prepare English menus and serve customers. We will provide hospitality with all our heart to make this a special moment for our guests.
