食べログで予約して伺いました。
大将ひとりのオペレーションで、この日は我々1組です。多くても2組までとの事
お陰様で大将とゆっくり話せました。
寿司のシャリは酢加減は万人向けですが、硬さが絶妙でした。
ネタは銀座の高額な寿司屋のお決まりのネタとは行きませんが、低料金で満足いくものでした。
また、Nobuさんの流れでしょう、最後の蕎麦に魅了されました。蕎麦だけ食べに行ってもいいです。
昼も夜と同じコースなので、昼でも満足間違いなし
まともな寿司を低料金で頑張っている大将にエールを送りたいです。
