素材選びはもちろんのこと、お料理本当に上手いと思う。
帆立とジャガイモのソテーがあると頼んでしまう
栄養バランスが良く野菜の種類も量も程よい多さです。
味付けは副菜が薄め、メインは濃すぎず薄すぎず。メインだけ調整できるとより良いですが、見た目の彩りと味、お値段のバランスに満足です。
珍しく西荻窪に用事があり、こちらでランチを頂きました(≧▽≦)
西荻窪のマダムに人気のあるお店だそうで、その日一緒に行動していた地元の人イチオシとのこと！

こちらは、西荻窪で有名な、有機野菜を使用したレストラン。
階下には野菜売り場、そして階上には本屋とフリースクール、全体はほびっと村、と言われる。
ほびっと村・・・指輪物語と何か関係があるのだろうか...
