フレンチ出身のシェフが作るオリジナルカレー
フレンチカレーSPOONでは、健康をテーマに 素材を生かした料理をお出ししています。 定番のフレンチカレーは粉やバターを、 極力使用しておりません。 2日間かけて仕上げるフォンドヴォーをベースに 6時間煮込み、3日間熟成させることで ヘルシーかつ、コクのあるカレーに仕上げています。 ごはんは、健康面も配慮し、ルーとのバランスも考え 少し固めに炊いた13穀米を使用しております。 |
フレンチカレーという珍しいジャンルのカレーが食べられるこちらのスプーンさん。西荻窪駅から歩いて1分くらいのところにあります。口コミだと並ぶとの情報もありましたが、雨の日の13時前に着いたら待ちはなしでした。
お店を開けるとマスターとスタッフのお姉さんが明るい挨拶でお出迎え。これだけでも嬉しいです。店内はカウンターのみで決して広くはありませんが、オシャレで綺麗でした。
考えても分からなかったので、スペシャルフレンチカレーを注文。届いたカレーは様々な野菜が乗っていて見た目から鮮やかでした。辛さは控えめだけど、ルー自体にコクがあって美味しい。色んな野菜と食べられるので、一口、一口が楽しいです。
店員さんに勧められたラッシーは、次のお店も決めていたので、断念しましたが、次に来た時は飲みたいなーと思いました｡
