フレンチカレーSPOONでは、健康をテーマに 素材を生かした料理をお出ししています。 定番のフレンチカレーは粉やバターを、 極力使用しておりません。 2日間かけて仕上げるフォンドヴォーをベースに 6時間煮込み、3日間熟成させることで ヘルシーかつ、コクのあるカレーに仕上げています。 ごはんは、健康面も配慮し、ルーとのバランスも考え 少し固めに炊いた13穀米を使用しております。 |
