フレンチカレーSPOONでは、健康をテーマに 素材を生かした料理をお出ししています。 定番のフレンチカレーは粉やバターを、 極力使用しておりません。 2日間かけて仕上げるフォンドヴォーをベースに 6時間煮込み、3日間熟成させることで ヘルシーかつ、コクのあるカレーに仕上げています。 ごはんは、健康面も配慮し、ルーとのバランスも考え 少し固めに炊いた13穀米を使用しております。 |

牛肉が旨い。ビーフシチューに入ってるような柔らかい牛肉で、味付けも素晴らしい。カレーは野菜と雑穀米のカレー。

これはラッシーなのかという感じでした。カレーの辛さを甘さやさっぱり感で変えたいという思いで頼んだが、パフェみたいのが出てきた。写真がないものは確認するべきですね
