フレンチ出身のシェフが作るオリジナルカレー
フレンチカレーSPOONでは、健康をテーマに 素材を生かした料理をお出ししています。 定番のフレンチカレーは粉やバターを、 極力使用しておりません。 2日間かけて仕上げるフォンドヴォーをベースに 6時間煮込み、3日間熟成させることで ヘルシーかつ、コクのあるカレーに仕上げています。 ごはんは、健康面も配慮し、ルーとのバランスも考え 少し固めに炊いた13穀米を使用しております。 |
西荻窪駅から徒歩3分。
お店の前に設けられた木の仕切りに、大きく白字で描かれた店名が目を引きます。
お店の前には、椅子とパラソルがあって待つ間も快適。
休日お昼過ぎ、20分ほど待って案内されました。
奥に向かう縦長の構造で、全席カウンター。
ギリギリ背中の後ろを通れるぐらいなので、奥の席だと出入りがけっこう大変かも。
お料理は、席のタブレットから注文し、カウンターを通じて受け渡しします。
店員さんはおすすめメニューの説明やお料理を受け取る時の声かけなど、目配りがされていて丁寧な接客でした。
お会計は現金のみです。

✦フレンチカレー とろ肉増し
かために炊いたライスに、スパイスと雑穀が混ぜ込まれていて、プチプチした独特の歯応えです。
そこに、これまたスパイスたっぷりのサラサラ系カレーが加わり、決して辛くはないのにスパイスの力で汗がどんどん出てきます。
+390円で、サラダやポタージュなど前菜4種盛り合わせ付き。
人参のポタージュが、クリーミーで人参の味が濃く良いスターターです。
