散歩がてら西荻窪歩いてて沖縄料理の文字に惹かれて、ランチとして入店。
カウンターにて食べログの口コミもチェックしながらメニューからソーキそば定食をオーダー。
正直、
優しいお味とかあっさりというコメントありましたが、これは・・・優しいんじゃなくて「薄い」です。（物は言いようです）
朝までやってるお店のようなので仕込みの時間がないのかもしれませんが、ちゃんと出汁を取っていただきたいです。
（勝手に期待感膨らませていた分）結果としては残念でした。
やはり沖縄料理は沖縄で食べるべきなのかな。
