世界中の牛の祖先と言われる、
イタリア最高峰のブランド牛、
キアニーナをいただける、とのことで、
伺ってみました。
体高約2mで、真っ白な牛です。
こちらでは、繁殖、肥育、と殺までを一元管理する
サンジョッベ社のものを使用とのこと。
安全性にも配慮がされているそう。
キアニーナは予約のみです。
この日は、ランチタイムに伺いました。
西荻窪駅から徒歩2分。
オレンジ色のキャノピーで、素敵な外観。
店内は、奥に向かってカウンター席で、
お店の奥に、2つのテーブル席があります。
ランチセットメニューもあるので、
これと、予約したキアニーナを
シェアでいただきました。
１，A ランチ

・ラザーニャ
まず、サラダは自家農園の朝採れ野菜。
この野菜がものすごく美味です。
そして、ラザーニャも、本格的。
２，自家農園 朝採れサラダランチ
1300円
10種類以上の野菜がたっぷり。
グリルしたしし唐、ピーマン、
オクラ、トマト、胡瓜、レタスなど。
これに、ヴィシソワーズもつきます。
３，キアニーナ牛
200g 6300円
久々にいただきましたが、
やはり、抜群の旨味で、しかも、ジューシーです。
私としては、和牛派ですが、この美味さは
認めざるを得ません。
４，パンナコッタ
ハーブティとセットで、900円。
お供は、サンペレグリノ。
今度は、ぜひ800gのTボーンで
いただきたいものです。
とても気に入りました。
