今から30年前にアメリカ駐在でお世話になった友人夫妻に会いに西荻窪へ！
お店もお任せし、Braceria S (ブラチェリア エス)で待ち合わせ！
店の奥のテーブル席を予約してもらった・・・まずはイタリア流で、スプマンテで乾杯！
そして、料理はコースをオーダーしてもらった
●極薄ふわふわプロシュート
最初の一皿はシンプルにオリーブオイルだけで頂くプロシュート！
スケスケのプロシュートはアンティークの手動スライサーを使い、電気のスライサーのように熱を与えないから出来るこちらの店ならでは！
●トビウオのマリネ サラダ仕立て
身の引きしまったトビウオと甘みが強い自家農園のサラダが夏に相応しいアペタイト
●カジキのフィッシュバーガー
包み紙に入ったフィッシュバーガーは何とミニサイズ！
どんだけ小さいかと手に持てばさらに驚き「どんだけ～♪」
●冷製のコンソメスープ
コンソメは濃厚で冷製でも味がボケておらず、夏らしいオクラを散りばめた1杯

●ムール貝と夏野菜 手打ちオレキエッテ
フレッシュ野菜は自家栽培の野菜を使い、小粒のムール貝との相性も抜群でモチモチなオレキエッテはお代わりが欲しくなるほどのウマさ！
●メインは肉か魚か選べ、男性陣は肉、女性陣は魚！
牛ハラミの炭火焼はは炭火焼イタリアンと歌うほどのこだわりが真骨頂！
火加減はミディアムレアで、炭の香りが立っていて肉質は柔らか！
濃厚なバルサミコで頂けばウマ味もアップ！
●カジキのローストも絶妙な火の通りでふんわり！
ジェノベーゼペーストとの相性と塩加減が素晴らしい1皿
1992年～1997年住んでいた懐かしいアメリカ話に花が咲き楽しい時間が過ごせました。
