たとえばさんは、少し前に開業した、地蔵坂交差点近くの居酒屋で、場所は、以前、葉地さんだったところです。
今回は、休日の夜に妻と2人で飲みにいってきました。
当日ですが、食べログで予約しました。
座席は特に指定しなかったので、カウンター席に案内されました。
まずは生ビールです。
アサヒのマルエフの生です。缶のマルエフは数回飲みましたが、缶よりおいしいですね。
料理は小鉢5点セットを頼みました。小鉢は全部で14種類あり、そこから5つ選びます。他に3点と7点のセットというのもあります。店名からすると、これが看板メニューということですかね。
中華春雨、酒盗チーズ、帆立の佃煮、無花果白和え、無花果クリームチーズにしました。
おまけでスパイスポテトサラダを付けて、6個の小鉢が大皿の上に乗せられて出てきました。料亭の八寸みたいでいいですね。どれも少量ですが、いろんな味が楽しめてとってもグーです！
この日は暑かったので、ビールはすぐになくなり、日本酒三種の飲み比べセットにしました。銘柄は知ってるのはほぼなかったので、店員さんに選んでもらいました。店員さんも迷ってるみたいでしたが、浪の音、山本、鶯宿梅の３種類と言うことになりました。
自分は日本酒はほぼ全ておいしく感じるのですが、山本が飲みやすくておいしいと思いました。
小鉢5点の次は、アジの盛り合わせ、野菜の天ぷら、鮭の西京焼き、マグロの盛り合わせ、などを頼みました。
アジ、マグロなど、鮮魚の盛り合わせは刺身やタタキなど薬味と共に一皿に色々盛ってあります。
日本酒飲み比べをもう1セット頼みました。
今度は、黒澤、マチダ、天上夢幻です。うーん、どれもおいしい。でも、六種の中では山本が一番おいしかったかな。
野菜の天ぷらは、茄子、ズッキーニ、かぼちゃ、舞茸など。衣薄く、カラッと揚げたてで、とってもおいしかったです。
鮭の西京焼きは普通においしかったですね。個人的にはもう少し水分が多い方が良いような…。
飲み比べセットの日本酒はどれもとってもおいしく、いろんな銘柄があるけど、どれも知らないものだったので、とっても楽しめました。
料理も、小鉢は少量ですが、こちらもいろんな味が楽しめて、お店の方の術中にハマったというか、こんなお店あったらいいなってお店が近所に出来て、とってもうれしいです。また、是非、お邪魔したいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
