西荻窪駅を降りて徒歩1分圏内。
好立地で目に留まる外観は目印になりますね。
西荻窪は都内でも有数の飲屋街が広がる街です。そこに現れた新進気鋭のお店。
高円寺の高架下にある店舗には行ったことがあるのですがこちらは初訪問。友人に誘われて行ってきました。
お店の売りはなんとってもマグロ料理ですね。また、日本酒もけっこうな種類を保有してありラインナップも良し。日本酒好きにはもってこいのお店ですね。
今回注文したのは上記の通りです。
>お通し
大根の唐揚げ。
下味がしっかりしてあり、出汁の味が染み渡っています。大根は水分が多いので揚げ物にするのは難しいですが、普通に美味しいですしお通しでだすレベルではないなと。お通しから期待感上げてきます。
>まぐろ中落ち
限定10食。こちらが人気メニューであり看板メニュー。
まずはその見た目。圧倒的なボリュームと盛りに盛られたマグロの赤身。魚好きはこれだけでテンション爆上がりでしょう。
味も普通に美味しく、甘めな刺身醤油と合わせるとより美味しくなります。限定10食のみ100円での提供ということでコスパは異常ですね笑。
>まぐろユッケ
ごま油と卵を和えて食べる一品。
牛肉系のユッケは定番ですが、マグロを扱うのは変化球としてもいいですね。
赤身自体が既に濃厚めの味なのに、更にそこにプラスでボディを足す感じで酒のアテとしても優秀。美味いですね。
>まぐろカマの塩焼き
これまたボリューミーな一品。
骨と骨の間にある身が激うま。柔らかさ、脂の乗り方、いずれも最高です。みんなでシェアしながら食べれる点も評価できますね。
これで780円？感覚バグります笑。
以上です。
刺身醤油は九州醤油みたいに甘め。
刺身の旨みを引き立てる役割でよかったです。普通の醤油もあるのでお好みで使い分けてください。
あとは日本酒ですね。
飲み放題1500円、ありえないコスパです。1時間ちょっといましたが8種類も飲めました。ラインナップもよく、淡麗からフルーティーなものまで多種多様なので是非色々と飲んでみてください。
