We are particular about what we buy! Our specialty is juicy Grilled offal made using only the freshest offal! Skewers are very reasonably priced, starting at 165 yen each (tax included)! We also welcome people who just want to have a few drinks or come alone! You might be able to try some rare offal that you won't find anywhere else!

Our proud Hakata Motsunabe Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) our specialty since the restaurant first opened! We only use high-quality domestic beef offal, carefully selected for sourcing! Mochiji's vegetables are also all fresh domestic vegetables. Our proud soup has evolved through trial and error since the restaurant first opened. Please choose from salt, soy sauce, or miso.

We prepare everything from the filling to the filling! We are proud of Gyoza / Dumpling which are hand-wrapped in the shop every day. The wrappers are also large! A box of five is reasonably priced at 480 yen, but the portions are substantial. You could drink just this amount! Please give these Gyoza / Dumpling a try!
