★A shop that specializes in the perfect marriage of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and salt★We use carefully selected salt from "solco," a specialty store that collects salts from around the world. ●solco401: "Sweet rock salt from a hidden region of Mongolia": Finely grained, it goes well with juicy thigh meat and chicken breast, bringing out the umami of chicken. ●solco204: "South Jeolla Province sea salt, Korea": This salt is made by melting sun-dried salt produced in a beach-type salt field, then cooking it again in a flat pot to crystallize it.
