烏骨鶏のほかわけのわからん聞いたこともないような食材のスープが壺で出てきて、これが主役なんだけど、、美味い！！！他の料理はさすが聘珍楼、安定していてするっと、何のしつこさもくどさもなくお腹に入っていきました。。ちまきのご飯も中身がなんだったか忘れたけどサラッとうまかった。
いつもはアラカルトで注文してコースは頼まないんだけど、さすがにお店で研究尽くされたようなメニューの組み立てに脱帽です。
今回は食後に体重がそれほど気にならなかった。増えてなかったし、食べ過ぎ感はなかったけど満足です(^^)薬膳おそるべし！烏骨鶏は皮が黒いのでちょっとだけグロテスクだけど、大昔に香港で食べた烏骨鶏の乞食鶏は黒い鶏の超レア高級料理で滅多に食べられなかったのを思い出した。スープは仏跳牆を思い浮かべたけどあっちは海鮮系のスープだったかな。
