Food Authentic Spanish Cuisine using plenty of ingredients from all over Spain
Chef Takamori uses carefully selected Spanish and domestic ingredients for his dishes. The recommended ``Fisherman's Paella'' is a special dish in which each grain of rice is soaked with soup stock made from rockfish and crustaceans directly delivered from Yawatahama, Shikoku. We also have a wide selection of meat and fish, including ``Iberian pork'', deer and lamb from Wakayama, and upon request, we also have cheese shipped directly from Spain. We will listen to your story and come up with the course content on the spot, so please experience Barcelona through food.

The drinks lineup also includes Spanish wine and Spanish beer. The recommended wines are selected by actually visiting the vineyards of the wineries and communicating with the suppliers.
