だし巻き卵の種類が豊富な居酒屋さん。
お通しの自家製豆腐は塩のみがかかったもの。
シンプルに出すところから自信がうかがえますね。
ねっとりと濃厚でとても美味しかったです。
初めてだったので元祖だし巻き卵を注文。
円柱に近い形に巻かれただし巻き卵は、見た目も美しく、
運ばれてくる時からお皿の上でぷるぷる揺れていて美味しそう。
食べてみると、出汁がしっかり効いていてとても美味しい。
紅生姜とさが添えてあるのは珍しい気もしましたが、
なかなか良い味変で好きでした。
お刺身の盛り合わせは厚切りで満足。
写真撮り忘れましたがサラダはかなりのボリュームで、
里芋の明太子添えも初めての味合わせでしたが美味しかったです。
料理は美味しいし、雰囲気も悪くない。
それだけに、接客がアルバイト感丸出しなのが唯一残念に感じました。
