吉祥寺駅東急裏にあるこちらのお店。
友人がオススメしてくれたので行ってみることに。
オシャレな入口をくぐり、階段を降りた地下一階にあります。店内は広々していて天井も高くて開放感があります。
男女問わず賑わっていて隠れ家的なお店でした。
注文したのは、
・炙りねぎ味噌のだしまき
・大人のポテトサラダ
・トロぶりのカルパッチョ
・生ソーセージ
・炙り〆鯖
お通しはたっぷりの生サラダ。
お料理は一品600円〜1,000円前後でリーズナブル。
名物のだしまき玉子は20種類近くあって迷っちゃいました！！
選んだ「炙りねぎ味噌」は、炙った風味の良いネギと甘めの味噌がふわふわでぷるんぷるんのだし巻き玉子と合っていました。
だし巻き玉子自体にほんのり甘みがあってとっても美味しかったです。
辛子明太子や自家製ラー油、あおさ海苔、白トリュフなどとにかく種類が豊富なので食べ比べてみたいなと思いました。
大人のポテトサラダはいぶりがっこ入り。
マヨネーズ感は強くなくて、じゃがいものお味が楽しめます。
トロぶりカルパッチョは美味しい旨味がたっぷり。
バルサミコソースも相性が良かったです。
生ソーセージの「生」は良く分からないけど、大ぶりでぷりっぷりのジューシーなソーセージ。
火はきちんと入っていました。
こちらも美味しかったです。
炙り〆鯖は目の前で好みの加減で炙ってくれます。
この日はスタッフさんのオススメをお願いしました。
とっても美味しくてお酒が進んじゃうお味。
付け合せのガリは口の中をさっぱりさせてくれました。
お料理どれも美味しくて雰囲気も良いお店でした。
お酒の種類も豊富で満足です。
次はだし巻き玉子を食べ比べたいなと思います(*˘︶˘*).｡*♡
