自分で、野菜をたっぷりトッピングできるのがいい。
吉祥寺コピスの地下１階にあるフォーのお店。寒い日、ささっとランチ。
こちらのお店は、何回か利用したことがあります。
セルフで、野菜をトッピングできるのが好きなんです。
こちらは、前払いのファーストフード的なお店。
単品メニューは８００円から。
セットメニューは、好みの単品フォーにプラス料金で生春巻きと杏仁豆腐とドリンク。
セットにすると１０００円ちょっとぐらいかな。今回は、期間限定メニュの魯肉フォー単品８８０円にしました。
八角などのスパイスと５種類のきのこ、牛すじを、甘辛タレで柔らかく煮込んだタレベース。
なんだか美味しそう。グリーンカレーや辛いフォーもあるんですが、ここはいつもチキンフォーでした。
オーダーしたフォーが運ばれてきたら、好みで卓上にある野菜をトッピング。
まず、魯肉フォーのスープをいただきます。八角の香りがして少し辛みと甘みがありました。
豚の角煮のタレのような感じ。フォーに合うんですね。牛筋が柔らかい。茸が味がしみています。
途中からレモン汁を入れて味変してみました。これもいい。麺のフォーも、茹で加減がいい。
野菜をたっぷりいただけて満足。寒い日の、軽いランチにおすすめです。

あまりお腹が空いていなくて、さっぱりした麺類にしようかな。
そこで思いついたのがフォー。最近お蕎麦をよく食べているし、
温かいフォーは大好きな料理。
吉祥寺コピスの地下一階にあるフォー専門店。
まず前会計システム。店内はカウンターとテーブル席。
気軽にファミリーでも行ける雰囲気です。
生春巻きとドリンクが付いたセットもあるんですが、
今回は、鶏のフォー８８０円の単品にしました。
以前は、パクチーやレタスなどが入った野菜がセルフだったのですが
セルフではなくなったよう。
でも、鶏のフォーにたっぷり生野菜が入っていました。
汁は薄め、卓上にナンプラーや天かす、
辛い調味料があって、自分好みに味を調整できます。
それから生のレモンがフォーにのっていて、
途中からレモンを塩って味変しました。
さっぱりと美味しい。
軽めのランチには最適。美味しくいただき夕食の買い物へ。
