We offer a wide variety of menus developed with an "Ethnic Cuisine x Japanese" concept in mind to suit the tastes of Japanese people. ``Hakata Mentaiko Soy Milk Pho'', which is a soy milk-based soup with Hakata Mentaiko, plenty of vegetables, and mustard greens, and ``Sesame Pho'', which has plenty of ground meat added to white and black sesame seeds, are things you won't find at other specialty stores. You can also enjoy various other dishes such as ``Kobe beef pho'', ``domestic chicken pho'', and limited time menus. Please try our signature "Japanese Pho".

Our management company, which started as a rice mill in 1952, has visited farmers all over the country and been involved in the production of rice, in order to create a new way to eat rice in line with the new era.While repeating trial production for about 15 years, we have developed a new way of eating rice in Niigata. With the cooperation of farmers and noodle manufacturers, we were able to develop ``pho'' rice noodles using domestically produced rice. Our pho is made with such special care that it is semi-dry, unlike the dry noodles of the authentic Vietnamese cuisine, giving you a chewy texture and filling that you won't find anywhere else.

For those who order meals between 11:00 and 14:00 on weekdays, we offer "all-you-can-eat vegetable toppings" service, which is a delight for vegetable lovers, only at our Kichijoji store. You can enjoy as many toppings as you like with carefully selected fresh vegetables such as purple radish, lettuce, and cabbage. It's good for your body and you won't feel guilty even if you eat a lot. Our ``pho'' is gluten-free, so even those with allergies can enjoy it.
