“Asari Ramen” (¥1,030), which is full of original soup and clam flavor, is available only at the Kichijoji store. It has a rich seaside flavor and goes well with light soups. "Clam Ramen" (¥1030) is also available. The ramen you won't find at the Shinjuku store is something you won't find anywhere else, so be sure to give it a try.

The soup, which is cooked after grilling about seven kinds of fish, such as sea bream and yellowtail, is finished in a clear taste that does not make you feel dull while bringing out the umami flavor by carefully removing the scum. Since the fish changes daily, the changing flavor is also a pleasure from day to day. First of all, try "Ara Cooking Salt Ramen Heshikoyaki with Onigiri" (¥950). The sea bream surimi with shrimp topping is fluffy, and the chicken tsukune with cartilage is crunchy. At the end, throw in the Onigiri of heshiko (mackerel pickled in bran)!
