タイ料理が大の苦手で一切食べられず、ムエタイ修行でタイに長期滞在していた時は、本当に困りました。 その１０数年後、まさかタイ料理屋になってるなんて想いも寄りませんでしたが、今はその【食べられなかった。】ことが料理の味の一番の決め手になりました。元格闘家だったからこそ、とことん食材にこだわり【人】に【良】い【事】それが【食事】その信念にオープンして7年、こんな厳しく苦いなんて想いもしませんでした…
