今日来たのは【ビストロハッチ】
吉祥寺、いや、都内でもトップクラスにコスパがよくおいしいお店だと思う。
ここのウリは炭火で焼いた肉料理。
今日は以下メニューを食べてきました。

ハッチと言えば牡蠣！
昆布森の大きい牡蠣を生、フリット、ムニエルで提供してくれます。まじでオイスターバー顔負け。
パテはかなりのボリューム。
臭み一切なしで美味しかった！
つくねが推しみたいだけど個人的にレバーのが好き。プリッとした食感！
そして、ハッチと言えば牛ハラミ！
普通のお店なら1000円上乗せくらい取るくらいのボリューム感。ボリュームだけでなく筋もなくてほんとおいしい。
接客もフレンドリーでかなり良い、デートにもおすすめです。
