ひとつ年下の元同僚と吉祥寺飲みをしよう！
という話になったので、前々から気になっていたビストロハッチさんに訪問してみました。
吉祥寺東急裏エリアにある、おしゃれビストロ
店員さんがとってもフレンドリーで、おすすめメニューを超積極的に説明してくれるので、
店員さんとの会話を楽しみながら美味しい食事をしたい人に本当におすすめなお店です！
おすすめされる料理が全部美味しそうで、ついうっかり全部食べたくなっちゃうのですが…
今回は季節メニューの秋鮭のミキュイ、（写真ないけど）バターナッツのニョッキ
グランドメニューの牛ハラミ、つくね、アップルパイ
合計5品を女性2人で美味しくいただきました！
つくねは鶏肉の肉汁がしっかり閉じ込められている
ジューシーかついい塩梅で塩が効いていて美味しいし、
秋シャケのミキュイも、クリームソースがかかってるから重たいかなーと思いきや、レモン？の爽やかな風味が効いているのであっさり食べれて美味しいし
バターナッツのニョッキも甘くてクリーミーで美味しいけど、フレッシュトマトの角切りが入ってるおかげで重くなくペロリと食べれるし
牛ハラミも、赤みっぽい肉感残しつつ、柔らかくてこれまたいい塩梅でお塩が振られていて美味しくてペロリと食べれる…！
そしてアップルパイもすごく軽いので、がっつり食べた後でも謎にペロリと食べれる…パイなのに！
シャンパンと、ジンジャートニック
相方はシャンパンとカシスソーダも飲んで、
1人5,000円プラス税というコスパの良さ！神！
※ボトルワインもいろんな種類あったので、ワインをたくさん飲まれる方はもうちょっと単価上がると思います。
美味しくてコスパが良くて店員さんも皆さん良い方で
終始楽しく過ごせました。
