吉祥寺エリア、ＪＲ吉祥寺駅の北口から徒歩３分くらいのPARCOさんの近くにある油そばの有名店。
前から気になっていたお店なので、吉祥寺での飲み会後の〆としてお邪魔しました。
間口が狭く、奥行きのある店内には、カウンター席しか配置されていなく、席の後ろの通路も狭かったので、少々窮屈な感じがしました。
夜遅めの時間帯にも関わらず、引っ切り無しにお客さんが来ていたので、人気があるようです。
まずは出入口付近の券売機で食券を購入します。
油そばは、黒丸、白丸、赤丸などがあって、油そば以外に普通のラーメンもありましたが、今回は店長イチオシとの記載があった「ぶぶかスペシャル（1,280円）」にしてみました。
６分程で出来上がり。
ぶぶかスペシャルは、写真のとおりトッピングや野菜がたっぷり入っていて、とても迫力のあるビジュアルです。
ベースは黒丸だと思われますが、私が想像したよりもあっさりした味わいだったので、途中でラー油などを加えて味変しましたが、それでも食べやすい油そばのように感じました。
美味しい油そばだとは思いますが、トッピングなどの量が多過ぎて、油そば自体の味がぼやけてしまっているような気がしたので、機会があればシンプルな油そばを食べてみたいと思います。
