吉祥寺で、後輩の知り合いのお店で晩御飯。
孤独のグルメの原作者、久住さんの行きつけらしく
店内には久住さんが書いたイラスト画が何枚も飾ってあった。
入り口には、カイジで有名な福本さんのサインも。色々な著名人が来てるみたい。
料理は鳥料理がメインだけど、海鮮系も魅力的なメニューが沢山。どれも気になる。
白レバーのたたきは、絶品。1人一皿でも余裕で食べれる。
串の方でも白レバーあったけど串は完売してた、残念。
大蛤の酒蒸し、想像以上の大きさ！優しい出汁と蛤と酒の旨味が凝縮された一品。
ささみ焼きはさび焼きにして正解。中がほんのりレアなナイスな焼き具合。
ハツとねぎま、軟骨と串物全般、程よく大きくて、焼き加減も良く。鳥の美味しい脂を感じる存分に楽しめた。
酒のつまみで、塩辛といくらおろし。
塩辛の優しいしょっぱさと、豪快に盛られたいくらで、
酒が進んだので、店主のおすすめの日本酒を注文。
店主の地元でもある宮古のお酒らしく、海底で一定期間寝かせてた、貴重なお酒。味は海の中だからなのか、飲み初めは口当たりが良く、前尖った感じが無くまろやか。後半は甘さが出てきて、飲みやすかった。
〆にメニューに無い、鶏そばと磯ラーメン。
鶏そば、鶏のスープ絶品。鶏の美味しい濃厚なエキスに、ニンニクが程よく効いてスープだけでも美味しい。
磯ラーメンは、鶏そばとは真逆のあっさりスープ。ワカメと海藻だけのシンプルな盛り付けだけど、磯の塩加減がスープに広がり身体に染み渡る美味しさ。ゴクゴク飲めて完食。

また頃合いみて行かないと。
