吉祥寺駅から６〜７分。
末広通り沿いにあります。
お隣はうなぎの志乃ざきさん。
清潔感のある店内で、カウンターとテーブル席、個室もあるそうです。
あまり和な雰囲気を感じませんが、これが和モダンというのでしょうね。
料理は和食のお店です。
アラカルトでお願いしました。
お刺身３種盛り
ホタルイカ酢味噌
鴨ロース炙り
筍とチーズの揚げ出汁
煮穴子炙り
だし巻き玉子
白海老天ぷら
肉豆腐
どれも丁寧に作られていて美味しい。
お刺身の鮮度が良い。
ホタルイカの酢味噌に胡麻が入っているのがよかったし、付け合わせに新鮮なうどを添えてるところも気にいった。
鴨ロースは安定の美味しさ。
穴子の炙りやだし巻き玉子はふわふわ。
肉豆腐に入っているお肉もなかなか良いお肉を使っている。美味しい。
肉豆腐に入ってるお肉は大したお肉じゃないのが普通だが、ここのは違う。
中でも一番のお気に入りは、
筍とチーズの揚げ出汁だ。
（揚げ出しではなく揚げ出汁）
ようは筍とカマンベールチーズを揚げ出し豆腐の要領で片栗粉と薄力粉で揚げて、出汁をかけた料理。
筍やチーズの揚げ出しは初めて食べたけど本当に美味しい。
特にチーズの揚げ出しは最高だ。
また食べたい❗️
筍の旬が過ぎるとこのメニューは無くなるのでは？と料理人の方に聞いたところ、やはりそうらしいです。５月いっぱいで終了か。
ドリンクメニューも充実していて、
中でも日本酒の種類は多い。
和食に合わせて楽しんでほしいということなんでしょう。
鳳凰美田と鍋島を頂きましたが、
日本酒を頼むとおちょことぐい呑みがたくさん箱に入って出てきます。
好きなものを１つ選ばせてくれるんです。
こういうのなんか嬉しい。
料理人の方、ホールスタッフ、お店の雰囲気、清潔感、お料理など
とても良いお店だと思います。
また是非お邪魔したいと思います。
