バビーズはアメリカの味と雰囲気を楽しめえるお店。
コピス吉祥寺の１階に２０１７年にオープンしました。
ずっと行きたいと思いながら、ボリュームが多いのを知っていて
ハンバーガーやパイがウリなのも分かっていて、ちょっと避けていたお店。
吉祥寺でランチ。ちょっとサンドウィッチ気分だったので
ついにバビーズの扉を開けてみました。
幼児連れもOKなので、ファミリーが多い。
早めのランチで平日だったので、けっこう空いていました。
本当にアメリカらしい店内、そしてメニュー。
オーダーしようと思っていたランチメニューのチキンのサンドウィッチが
すでに売り切れだったので、グランドメニューから
エッグベネディクト１５００円とコーヒー２５０円をお願いしました。
ドリンクはセットになります。コーヒーはオーガニックでお代わり自由。
これもアメリカらしい。サラダとフライドポテトが選べます。
エッグベネディクトはアメリカ発祥だそう。よくあるエッグベネディクトは
ベーコンなんですが、サーモンあったので、サーモンに。
ポーチドエッグとオランデーズソースとイングリッシュマフィン。
ポーチドエッグが２個もあり、オランデーズソースがたっぷり。
けっこうボリュームがあります。黄身がとろとろ。ソースと黄身が混ざり合って
さらにクリーミーに。久しぶりに食べたエッグベネディクト、サーモンも合うかも。
パンケーキやハンバーガーも美味しそう。でもけっこう高めかな。
コーヒーも美味しかったです。コーヒーはお代わりできるようです。
