Dinner on a holiday. I went in early so the restaurant was empty. ● Homemade bacon, apple and walnut pecorino salad This salad is delicious with bacon, apple, walnuts, cheese and more! I want to try making it at home! ● Meat It seems to be grilled sirloin. It was cooked just right and the inside was soft and delicious. It's refreshing and delicious when eaten with the wasabi paste that comes with it. ● Bistro gyoza with shrimp and watercress Stylish gyoza with a vibrant lemon sauce. I thought the sourness of the lemon and the watercress went well together. It has a pasta-like texture and goes well with wine. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
