平日の開店直後でしたので、お客さんは誰もいません。早速券売機で醤油豚骨麺を買ってお兄さんに渡します。お兄さんは、愛想はあまり良くないようですが、ラーメン屋さんなのでそこはあまり気にしません。ですが、麺の硬さとか辛さとか色々と聞かれるのがボソボソ声でオジィの私には聞き取りづらいのです。若者なら良いんでしょうけど。そういうところに気を配ってもらえるとリピートするんですけどね。ま、それはその人の商売っけの問題ですかね。
後からきたお客のお兄さんが、なにやら、なんちゃらマシマシで！と言ってましたが、色々カスタマイズできるんですかね。その辺りは通い続けると小慣れてくるのでしょう。
で、しばらくしてやってきました。醤油系とはいえ豚骨の感じは久しぶりです。麺の感じも好きなタイプです。ただ、今回ニンニクはそこまで要らなかったかな、午後からトレーニングだったので（笑）
