卵かけご飯好き．コンビーフ好き．ということで，11:00の開店を待ってうかがいました．開店すぐでお客は他になし．食べている最中に数名は来店されたようです．63席ということですが，広いお店ですので，ゆっくりと食事が出来るのではないかと思います．夜のステーキやしゃぶしゃぶ，すき焼きメニューなども拝見しましたが，コストパフォーマンスは良さそうです．
さて，いただいたのはもちろん「黒毛和牛とコンビーフの絶品たまごごはん（スープ・サラダ付き）」1980円．これに本日のドルチェにドリンクのセット580円を付けました．
これが本当のコンビーフなんだなという存在感のあるコンビーフ．これを混ぜていただきます．コンビーフの脂はライスの熱でもう少し溶けてくれるのかなと思ったのですが，それほどではありません．味付けは長期保存用のコンビーフとは異なり塩分も少なく，全体的にちょっと薄味でした．かといって塩を加えるほどでもなく，健康志向の中，食べ終えました．もう少し力強い味付けがあれば良いなというのが正直な感想です．
食べるスプーンが大きめですので，それぞれのスプーンにすくった分だけに何種類かのソースをちょっとずつかけて，色々な味が楽しめると嬉しいのですが．
