インスタのリールで紹介されていたお店。
動画を見てとても美味しそうだったので訪ねてみました。
食べ終わった正直な感想としては、伸び代ありの発展途上のお店ってところですね。
厚岸の生牡蠣はもう少し冷えていればOK
毛蟹酢はお酢の量をもう少し控えめにすればOK
ボタンエビはもう少しお値段安くしてくれればOK
店員さんのオペはもうちょい教育が必要です。
人たくさんいる割には動きが鈍いですね。
グランドメニューがなくて、その日おすすめの食材のみ提供する心意気はとても良いと思います。
これからの成長に期待しております。
