念のため、直前、電話を入れてお伺いしてみた。
カウンターには、もっぱら、常連さんで。
テーブル３つ。奥にはいらっしゃったんで、手前のテーブルに着席。
・白身魚と野菜をまったり煮たのがお通し。
トロみが付いてて、焼きそばの餡みたいなの。
名物というモツ煮込みは品切れとのよし。
・なので、目に付いた肉豆腐をお願いしてみた。
なかなかのプレゼン。
沁み沁みの豆腐と、載せてある肉は、立派な牛ロース。
刻みネギ、紅ショウガ、和辛子とが添えられる。
煮玉子は絶妙な半熟だったんで、別茹でされてた模様。
もうひとつの推しメニューっぽい
・マグロぶつ、をお願いする。
チューブわさびと、醤油で。
シソと大根のケンと、ワカメも添えられる
・マカ・サラ。
ツナとタマネギと。黒胡椒がぴりりとアクセント。
この取り合わせはよいかも。
・ガツ刺。ニンニクが添えられてて、ゴマも振られる。
ゴマ油と塩。あと、添えられてたニンニクと醤油とで、適宜。
・生ビール、中ジョッキ。
サッポロの黒生。
日本酒は、黒板に一杯、名前が書いてあって。一杯５５０円。
見てるだけで楽しいし。
都合、３つ頼む。
いずれも、グラスで。フローオーバー分も入れて一合弱って感じ。
・丹波山。凛峯。山廃純米酒。無濾過生原酒。酒米は雄町。神奈川の酒。
ホントは常温の方がよさそう。だったけど、冷たいとさくっと飲めて、それは、それで。
・豊盃。純米生原酒。アップル＆ドッグ。青森の酒。
カップ酒は火入れバージョンってことみたいだけど。こちらで供してたのは生酒版。
で、なんで犬なんだろうって。企画の酒屋、マチダヤさんのシャレってことみたい。なんで、別に犬エキスが入ってるわけじゃあない、みたい。
・鍋島。純米吟醸。これも、酒米は雄町。佐賀の酒。
国分寺の居酒屋の分店というか系列みたい。そちらは、もつ焼きの店みたいだけど。こちらでは、もつ焼きは供されていないのは、ちと残念。多分、焼き手の問題ということなのであろうかと。
吉祥寺の街ゆえというか。
店員さんも、お客さんも若い。バイトの女子大生は２０歳代、せいぜい、３０歳代くらいまでなのであろう。
偶には、こういう店に紛れ込むのも悪くない。
アトレの入口がすぐ脇にあるので、雨に濡れずに帰宅できたのも、ありがたし（吉祥寺から渋谷周りか新宿周りか問題。小生は、いつも、渋谷周りだったのだが、連れは新宿周りを主張するので、そちらに従うべく。乗換えの手間を考えると、確かにそっちの方が便利だったかもw）。
渋谷のアップリンクは閉めてるし。アップリンクっていろいろあったんだと思ってたんだけど。まずは、吉祥寺でアップリンクの看板で映画館が営業ってるのが、ちょっとうれしく。
