吉祥寺駅から徒歩約3分の場所にある
「立飲ビストロ Ryo」さんに行ってきました！
今回はパテ2種盛り合わせやカキのソテー
本日のカルパッチョの他数品を注文。
パテ2種盛り合わせはレバーパテと
血液を使用したブーダンパテの2種類で
カリッと焼き上げられた極薄バゲットや
クルミ、レーズンが添えられています！
定番のレバーパテは滑らかで美味しく
血液を使用したブーダンパテは初めて
だったので恐る恐る食べましたが
臭みなどは全くなく濃厚な舌触りかつ
コクのある味わいでベリー系のソースは
レバーパテよりもこっちが合っていて
どちらのパテもクセになり絶品です！
カキのソテーは熱々のエスカルゴ皿で
穴にカットポテト、その上にブリッと
大粒のカキが盛り付けられています！
カキは中にジューシーさが残る火入れ
具合でカキ自体の塩味とソテーの
風味が合わさって堪らなかったです！
本日のカルパッチョはブリでした！
新鮮なムチッとした食感のブリに
生姜の千切りが添えられ酸味の効いた
ソースが合っていて美味しかったです！
牛すじ煮込みはビストロでは意外で
厚切りのガーリックトースト付きです！
コラーゲンの部分が多く含まれる
柔らかな牛すじで比較的あっさりめの
味付けで凝縮された旨味が感じられます！
ガーリックトーストはカリッと焼かれ
ガーリックの風味が効いたオイルが
中まで染み込んでいて美味しかったです！
ゴルゴンゾーラのオムレツはカット
ポテトなどを包んだふわとろオムレツに
ゴルゴンゾーラソースがかかっています！
青カビの風味がクセになるクリーミーな
ソースが堪らなくオムレツに抜群に
合っていてあっという間になくなりました！
イカのマッシュポテトは滑らかな
舌触りのマッシュポテトに炒めたイカと
トマトがたっぷりとかけられています！
とてもクリーミーなマッシュポテトに
イカの風味とトマトの酸味が加わり
イカ自体もふっくら柔らかな食感でした！
イカスミパスタはイカスミの独特の
コクのある味わいにやや酸味が効いた
ソースがパスタに良く絡み、イカも
たっぷり入っていて美味しかったです！
箕面ビール 桃ヴァイツェン(白鳳)は
和歌山県産の白桃を使用しているそうで
ビール特有の風味はありますが苦味は
ほとんどなく白桃のフルーティーで
爽やかな風味が広がる味わいでビールが
苦手な人でも飲める美味しい1杯です！
