吉祥寺の「串煮込み マルニ」さんに行ってきました!
お店は吉祥寺駅から約徒歩6ふんのとこにあります。
店内は広々としており雰囲気も良いので
いろんなシーンで使うことができそうです。
美味しい煮込みを食べることができる居酒屋です。
冬の時期は体の温まる煮込み料理がいいですね!
今回一番気に入ったメニューを紹介
○まるに塩にこみ&ネギバターバケット
豚バラ軟骨と牛すじの塩煮込み。
軟骨のトロトロ具合にびっくりしました!
塩スープには豚バラや牛すじの
脂が溶け込んでおりコクのある味わい!
おそらく山椒?が入っており、ピリッと
したアクセントも◎
煮込みをネギバターバケットに乗せて
食べるのがめちゃ美味でした!
