呑み友の呑兵衛マダムと訪店。
口開け直ぐに予約の方も含め、直ぐにほぼ満席。
狙っていた千ベロセットで昼酒開始！
千ベロセットの内容は
5種のツマミがひと皿、煮込み、天ぷら2品に飲み物（制約あり）2杯でセット。
先ずは泡の奇麗なプレモルで再会を祝しカンパァ～～イ！
ツマミ5種はチョイ「少なっ！」と思ったけど、クオリティは高く素直な味にどれも満足。
2杯目は日本酒をオーダー、雪の茅舎と楯野川をチョイス。
煮込み着皿。これが実に美味かった。ビールや焼酎よりも日本酒に合う煮込みと言っておこう。
ドロ系の汁によく煮こぼして臭みを全く感じないモツ。ご飯の共にもイケそうだ。
天ぷらは舞茸とズッキーニ。天ぷら専門店には届かないけど、間違いなく及第点。
玉蜀黍の天ぷらと煮卵の天ぷら、甘くないレモンサワーを追加投入。
玉蜀黍の天ぷらはプチんっ食感に弾ける甘みが楽しい！
煮卵の天ぷら、味付け半熟卵+揚げ衣＝美味いに決まっている！
天ぷらはどれも実に油切れ良く食べ易いのだが、甘くないレモンサワーがさらに油分をさっぱりとさせてくれて罪悪感もさっぱり帳消し！
ごちそうさまでした。
女子も喜べそうな千ベロセット！人気出そうだ!
