【ザーサイのニンニク和え】○
ザーサイ、きゅうり、パクチーをニンニクのソースで和えた冷菜。ザーサイの塩味加減が丁度良く、パクチーの香りとニンニクのパンチが効いているので、ついついお酒が進みます。
【くらげの冷菜】○
三杯酢のような液体に浸かったくらげの冷菜は、450円とは思えないほどのボリュームです。くらげのコリコリとした食感と胡瓜のシャクシャクとした歯応えを楽しめます。
【しっとり蒸し鶏の三種】◎
よだれ鶏、棒棒鶏、葱ソースの3種盛りは、いずれもスパイシーな味わいで、紹興酒との相性も抜群です。単品だとそれぞれ1,180円なので、980円の三種盛りは非常にお得に感じます！

お店に伺うと店主である麗さんが入り口で出迎えてくれます。
店内は異国情緒溢れる雑多な雰囲気で、やや怯みますが、手始めにおつまみ三品とビールを注文します。
おつまみは千円以下が中心ですが、一品一品ボリュームがあり、締めに麺類を頼むつもりでしたが、途中でお腹いっぱいになり断念しました。
次回訪問する時はおつまみを少なめに注文して、火鍋若しくは麺類を頼みたいと思います。
