Our yakitori is made with no compromises, not only in the way we grill it, but also in the way we cut the meat and skewer it. We are especially proud of the freshest and rarest parts, and we always have 40 kinds of parts from head to toe. We have a selection that is rare even in Japan, and are reasonably priced starting from 270 yen. Slowly grilled using domestic Bincho charcoal, the flavor is concentrated and the food is plump and juicy! Each part has the best seasoning to bring out the best in the ingredients, and of course there are salt and homemade sauces, as well as unique flavors such as garlic and soy sauce. This is a dish that shows the skill of a griller, so enjoy it hot without removing it from the skewer!
