Bistro that opened in Kichijoji in November 2022. It opened when I was in the hospital after a long illness. Even after I was discharged from the hospital, I passed by the restaurant and noticed how crowded it was, but when I first left the hospital, I wondered if I could have a course meal, and it was only open for lunch from Friday to Sunday. As I was passing by the store, I couldn't quite get around to visiting. It's rare for me to visit a French restaurant in French cuisine so late for the first time. I thought the portions were huge, and there are several French cuisine in Kichijoji that I frequent. . . More than a year has passed since I was discharged from the hospital. A quiet New Year's Day in Kichijoji. It was open, so I made a reservation for one person online. I visited for lunch. A 4,500 yen course that includes both fish and Meat Dishes. There was also a short course for 3,000 yen, but that course included pate de campagne, which is a dish I don't like to eat, and the 4,500 yen course included salmon mikui. I like it. Salmon Mikui. Half-cooked, moist salmon cooked at a low temperature. I also like soup de poisson, so this course includes my favorite r dishes. Lunch for one person. I had reserved a seat at the counter, but there were no tables available, so I was asked to change to a table. We sat in comfortable chairs and ate our food. The amuse amberjack carpaccio is delicious. Refreshing with sweet tomatoes and yogurt sauce. My favorite salmon Mikui is also delicious! Soup de poisson with scallops. A delicious soup made with fish stock. Meat Dishes was pork stir-fried with onion Lyonnaise and burdock chips. The onions are sweet and the pork is moist. Use hot spices as you like. And the dessert was a snowman-shaped cheesecake. I couldn't help but smile and say, "So cute!" It's so cute that you feel sorry for breaking it and eating it. It had a sour taste from the raspberries and was delicious. Good service and a very satisfying lunch. I thought I'd go this year. There's also a counter, so it seems like you'll be fine if you're having lunch alone. I'm a little late, but welcome to Kichijoji. GWがあけたころ、吉祥寺での1人ランチ。
再訪したいと思っていたビストロへ。
前回、サーモンのミキュイが美味しくて、このサーモンのミキュイが入っている
コースにしました。生とも火入れしたものとも違う、ねっとり感がとてもいい。
今回も、サーモンの美味しさを楽しみました。接客もいい感じ。
鰆は濃厚で少し和よりなソース。これも好み。
ワインがリーズナブル。デザートとコーヒーで、余韻を楽しもうを思ったとき
もうすぐ雷雨がやって来るらしいと知り、急いでお会計。
雨雲レーダーは的中し、雨の中走って自宅へと。
こちらのサーモンのミキュイ、また食べたいな。
