吉祥寺の新進気鋭のお寿司屋さん
吉祥寺に新しくできた寿司屋の富かわ初訪問。洞くつ屋のビルの2階。予約は1カ月以上前に食べログで最も近い空いてた日が今日。7席だけでほとんど1人できているグルメばっかり。若い主人は大村さん。富かわはオランダにいる師匠の名前だと。おまかせのコースのみでカウンター全員が同時進行。ご主人の創作料理を楽しむ感じでとにかく品数多く楽しめる。一つ一つが小ぶりなので無理なく食べれる。この品数のコースが1万円を割ってるのはとても良心的な価格だろう。開店まもないようだけどもはや予約困難店なのも頷ける。

このところ来たら翌月を予約するというループになってる。魚は文句なしなのに加えて、シャリは赤酢と米酢のブレンドで、そしてそのアルデンテともいうべき立った粒が素晴らしい。高山のワインと高山の生ハム寿司とのペアリングなんてのもあって面白い。ここもちょっと隠れ家的な場所にある。8人でカウンター貸切。
